SPACE MAKEOVER

This service is provided with a full 90 minutes of introductory consultation so we can create a vision and strategy specifically crafted to what you’re looking for. The process includes a home visit, taking measurements, understanding your needs (budget, timeline, color scheme, etc..) a design plan with a list of relevant furniture, wall art, and accessories, and recommended stores where you can find some nice pieces for your space.

In this meeting, I can help you answer these kinds of questions, and more:

*Where should the sofa/tv/bed go?

*What kind of furniture would fit in my space? and where can I purchase them?

*What size area rug is needed?

*What colors would look good on the walls?

*Where should the art be hung or what kind of art should I hang on the wall?

*What should I do to refresh this room? *How high should my curtains be hung?

STAGING CONSULTATION & STAGING SERVICES

Staging Consultation: We will evaluate your property and provide you with a comprehensive list of recommendations to prepare it for sale.

Staging Services: We will work with you to select and arrange furniture, accessories, and décor to showcase your home's best features.

BATHROOM & KITCHEN DESIGN

Through this specialized service, I work with my clients and guide them from project initiation to completion, to bring their vision to life. The process includes a home visit, taking measurements, and understanding your needs (budget, timeline, color scheme...) designing a floorplan with 3D design & rendering, picking up the materials such as tiles, flooring, countertop, vanity, cabinet style, faucet, tub and tub filler, light fixture, mirrors, cabinet pulls, backsplash, and more.

This meticulous selection process enables you to vividly visualize your desired space, allowing any necessary adjustments to achieve perfection before the commencement of the actual remodeling process.

Furthermore, the rendering design serves as a valuable communication tool for both you and your contractor, enhancing their understanding of your vision and needs. This heightened clarity contributes to streamlined project execution, resulting in notable time and cost savings for all involved parties.

FULL INTERIOR STYLING

Through this specialized service, I work with my clients from beginning to end to bring their vision to life. The process includes a home visit, taking measurements, and understanding your needs (budget, timeline, color scheme, etc..) a design plan with a list of relevant furniture, wall art, and accessories, along with a 3D design & Rendering that will help you visualize your desired space. In this service, we go to a few stores together (up to 4 hours) and I'll assist you with picking the most relevant furniture/wall art/ accessories that will suit your personal taste and space.

When we will have all the furniture, wall art, and accessories that we have chosen, I will place everything together in the space and complete your home styling.
